Welcome to the world of problem-solving using Zen Counseling! I’m Rajaram Jejurkar, also known as Raj and am based in the vibrant city of Dallas, Texas, in the United States, I serve as the Global Head of Business Transformation and Advisory Services at Synthesis Systems Inc.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a diverse skill set, ranging from engineering and architecture to product management consulting. Working closely with organizations, I specialize in guiding them through the intricate process of launching and managing complex technology-driven business transformation initiatives. This experience has taken me across continents, allowing me to collaborate with diverse cultures in the Asia Pacific, EMEA, and North Americas regions.
While being involved in the Advisory role, I’ve discovered an intriguing insight that resonates with most people I encounter: we all face challenges and issues, both in our professional and personal lives. However, what sets us apart is the unique nature of our solutions to these problems. I’ve observed that when it comes to personal matters, the conventional, standardized advice often falls short and merely acts as a temporary fix rather than a lasting solution.
This realization has led me to embrace Zen Counseling. The fundamental premise of Zen Counseling is that you, and only you, possess the perfect solution to your own problems. No one else can fully understand your situation or determine what will truly work for you. As a Zen Counselor, our role is to facilitate you to identify the core issues you are facing and helping you in finding your own solutions. We do not providing external advice. As per Zen Counseling, Everybody is a Buddha!
